RU series cross cylindrical roller bearings (with integrated inner and outer rings and installation holes)
This series of models does not require fixed flanges and support seats as the installation holes have already been processed. In addition, due to the use of an integrated inner and outer ring structure with a seat, installation has almost no impact on performance, thus achieving stable rotational accuracy and torque. Can be used for outer and inner ring rotation.
Structural features: Cross roller bearings are cylindrical rollers arranged perpendicular to each other on a 90 degree V-shaped groove rolling surface through isolation blocks. Therefore, cross roller bearings can withstand multi-directional loads such as radial loads, axial loads, and torque loads. The size of the inner and outer rings has been miniaturized, and the form is closer to the small size, with high rigidity and accuracy up to P5, P4, P2 levels. Therefore, it is suitable for joint and rotating parts of industrial robots, rotating tables of machining centers, precision rotating workbenches, medical machines, calculators, military, IC manufacturing equipment and other equipment.
Rotation accuracy: Isolation blocks are installed between the vertically arranged rollers in the bearing, which reduces the inclination of the rollers and the mutual friction between them, thereby reducing the rotational torque. In addition, compared with the previous use of steel plate retainers, there will be no roller contact or locking phenomenon on one side. Meanwhile, as the inner (or outer) ring is a two-part structure, the bearing clearance can be adjusted, allowing for high-precision rotational motion even when preloaded.
Usage characteristics: The divided inner ring (or outer ring) is fixed together with the cross roller collar after installing the rollers and spacer, so as to be separated from each other. Therefore, the installation of the cross roller collar is easy to operate. By using a spacer, the mutual friction between the rollers disappears, causing the rollers to tilt sideways, thereby obtaining stable rotational torque. Due to the cross arrangement of rollers, only one set of cross roller bearings is needed to withstand loads in all directions. Compared with traditional models, the rigidity is increased by 3-4 times.
